Book sales are held Saturday mornings, 9:30 - 11:30 a.m., at the Chico Branch library, corner of Sherman and First Avenues.
Chico Library Fall Festival
October 11th, 11a.m. to 2p.m., Library Lawn & Conference room... The Chico Friends of the Library's free annual celebration of libraries, reading, and books will include many activities. (CFOL needs your help with this event. Contact us if you would like to help.)
Author Visits
October 22nd, 3p.m., Author Mike Graf will be giving his presentation at the Chico branch library, corner of Sherman and 1st Ave. His visit is sponsored by the Chico Friends of the Library.
CFOL Craft Fair
The first in recent history Chico Friends of the Library Craft Fair will be held the Saturday before Thanksgiving, November 22nd, right after the book sale. It will be held in the library's meeting room. All proceeds go to Children's Programs.
Classic Movie Night
The 2008-2009 Film Season has been
announced!
CFOL will host a classic movie night on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, 7 PM, at the library meeting room, corner of Sherman and First Avenues. Treat your friends and family to a night at the movies with Free Admission!
