News:

  • The Chico City Council will vote on funding for the Chico Library on June 19 at approximately 2 p.m. Less funding = fewer open hours. Come to the meeting to let the Council know how important the library is to you.

  • Support your public library by playing golf! The Chico News & Review "Links for Literacy" benefit golf tournament is June 18 at the Tuscan Ridge Golf Course. Funds support the Summer Children's Reading Program. For details and registration information, click here.

  • The CFoL Annual Meeting is May 15 at 7 p.m. in the library meeting room. There will be refreshments and officers will be elected (maybe you?). The guest speakers this year are David Nopel and Marti Leicester, authors of The Humboldt Wagon Road.
