Library Centennial
The Butte County library system has been in existence for 99 years, and this year is the Centennial Celebration. There is a Centennial Committee, on which all library branches in the system are represented except Chico. If you can find the time to be on the committee to represent Chico, please call Kimberlee Wheeler. Kimberlee is the Community Outreach Coordinator for the Butte County Library. Her number is 530-538-2569.

Volunteer
Your time keeps the library open. We need you.
Volunteers generate library contributions. For every 100 hours that volunteers work in the library, the Chico Friends of the Library will donate $25. That adds up when a typical quarter sees over 8,000 volunteer hours worked.
