The Chico Branch is currently closedThe Chico Branch of the Butte County Library was previously scheduled to temporarily close, beginning in August, for renovations. It will reopen once renovations are complete. If you have any library materials to be returned, please either hold onto them or visit one of our other 5 branches to return your materials. Chico patrons can pick up their holds at the Durham Branch. If you’d like to cancel your holds or if you’d like to pick them up at a different branch, please call us at 530-552-5652, opt. 2 or email us at library@buttecounty.ca.gov. There will be a satellite location in Chico that will offer limited library services.
